CYFAC DOUBLE-STAY
Our unique Double-Stay was born out of our partnership with Formula 1 race car driver, Alain Prost. In two versions, DOUBLE STAY and DOUBLE STAY2, we offer a twin set of rear triangles perfectly adapted to performance and comfort.

The original DOUBLE STAY is the stiffer of the two rear triangles. It is found on our Tigre, Nerv Carbon, and Nerv frames. The Double-Stay offers a comfortable ride over road "chatter" and increases lateral stiffness for improved handling, power transfer, and acceleration.

The new DOUBLE STAY 2 uses a different tube profile to enhance comfort for those long days in the saddle. Still suitable for the racing crowd (though bigger, more powerful riders may prefer the original DOUBLE STAY), the DOUBLE STAY 2 adds a bit more smoothness on rough roads and saves some weight over the original version.

Both DOUBLE STAY versions are made with T800H high-modulus carbon fibre and are unique to CYFAC frames.

Features
When made by the right hands carbon fibre frames should perform beyond your limit, holding up to your riding and delivering years of enjoyment. Carbon fibre is a great material --strong, stiff, light -- and gives a master builder the freedom to design each and every part of a frame to fit a rider and that rider's riding characteristics.

Churning frame upon frame out of a machine in a big factory does not realize the potential of this great material. An artist's hand, applying the knowledge from years of building frames for the pros, while using the latest in technology gets you the best carbon fibre frame you've ever seen...or ridden.
