The fit of Cyfac frames roughly equates to the following heights. Of course, you need to keep in mind that your body proportion and any physical issues you have can change this.
When comparing Cyfac sizes to other frames you have to take into consideration head and seat tube angles as these will greatly affect your position and determine the size that works best for you.
